Main structure:

The dry mortar production line is mainly composed of storage tanks, double-axis zero-gravity mixers, elevators, waiting-to-mix bins, small bins, finished product bins, packaging scales, bucket elevators, dust collectors, fully automatic metering batching scale bins, frames, etc. The storage tank is mainly used to store raw materials, with a general capacity of 60 cubic meters and a quantity of 3, which are used to store cement, fly ash, sand and other materials.

Working principle:

During production, cement, fly ash and sand are transported to the batching scale bin in proportion according to the customer’s formula, and then the batching scale bin sends the prepared materials to the bucket elevator. Small proportions of precious masterbatch such as cellulose and rubber powder can be measured by electronic scales and put into the admixture hopper. The bucket elevator lifts the materials to the waiting-to-mix bin on the frame to wait for mixing, and then unloads the materials into the double-axis zero-gravity mixer for mixing. The mixed materials enter the finished product bin through the pneumatic door, and then the valve port packaging machine is used to package them to complete the operation, which is one step more advanced than the simple production line.
