1. Crushing and grinding equipment (pre-treatment)
Before flotation, the ore must be crushed and ground to the appropriate particle size.
Jaw crusher: primary crushing, processing large ore blocks
Cone crusher/impact crusher: secondary crushing
Ball Mill: Grind ore into fine particles required for flotation
Spiral Classifier: Separate mineral particles of different sizes and work in conjunction with a ball mill
2. Flotation equipment (core link)
The flotation machine is the core equipment of the flotation process
Common types include:
Mechanical stirring type (such as XJK, SF, JJF type)
Inflatable flotation machine (such as KYF, XCF type)
Self suction flotation machine
Function: By adding flotation reagents and stirring, useful minerals are attached to bubbles to achieve separation.
3. Medication addition equipment
Mixing Tank: Mixing agents and slurry evenly
Automatic dosing system for reagents: Control the dosage of reagents to ensure stable flotation effect
4. Concentration and dehydration equipment (post-treatment)
Thickener: Concentrate the slurry, recover moisture, and facilitate subsequent processing
Vacuum Filter/Pressure Filter: further dehydrate to form dry mineral concentrate
Tailings dry discharge equipment (such as belt filter press): Processing tailings, environmentally friendly return water
Optional auxiliary equipment:
Slurry pump: transporting slurry
Air compressor: supplying air to the flotation machine
Vibration screen and belt conveyor: auxiliary screening and material transportation
